What causes severe sweating other than heat?

My husband has been sweaing severely with a low grade fever for 3 days now.

maybe he caught a "nasty" from his mistress; this would cause a fever ; he should be sweating it out

Well, sweating can be if he is frightened about something or expecting something bad.
Reply:You should haul him to the doctor's office even if it means tying him up to do it. Sounds like he may have an infection or the onset of a flu of some sort.





With all kinds of new stuff coming up anymore it pays to play it safe. Nip it in the bud before it gets worse. Three days of fever is not normal if he's not got a bad cold.
