I also use secret as my deodarant, and I have two different kinds and I know was scent, when I sweat, makes me smell, and the other scent doesn't . Why is this? And any suggestions on any other types of deodarants, or if my doctor can do anything about this?

i forget what it is called but yes your dr can give you a prescription for a deodorant to use for severe cases. there is also secret clinial strength deod if you want to give that a try as well

Secret also just came out with an "almost prescription strength" deodorant.
Try wearing shirts that are not so tight, or try lighter colors that wont show.
