Well there are multible causes for a condition such as this, so it will depend on the reason for it. You get an exam to find the reason for it and then can have a solution. Could be a chemical balance situation, nerves in which case medicine and or therapy could help, but most likely metabolic.

A doctor advised me borax powder once... did work but I didn't like it much. I find that drinking sage tea on a regular basis works fairly well.
