Excessive hands and feet sweating?

I am 13 and i've been having this for quite along time.


Any tips... its just the hands and feet..


Not the armpits.. i dont know why..

It sounds like you have HYPER-HYDROSIS. i have just been diagnosed about a year ago becuase of excessive hands and feet sweating was messing with my piano playing. There is no cure, however i have managed it by drinking a lot of water and going to the gym 3-5 times a week. My doctor perscribed me PROBANTHENE and that did stop the sweating but it shortened my mental alertness 10 fold.
