The human body sweats in order to regulate internal body temperatures, expending it in the form of water when the body is under great heat and pressure.

water is released through our pores. we sweat as a natural body coolant to draw heat away from ourselves in the water and deposit it outside the body

we sweat because of the extra heat produced in our body.It is very neccssasary to sweat.IT is an involunatary action.if a person lacking of excreating sweat then he has to be cheaked by doctors for concistity.
Reply:when anybody feel high temperature its motor nerves stimulate brain. in reply of which brain sends stimulations to the blood of body to release water which is in fact blood. this sweat comes out through the tubular glands lying beneath the skin. sweat contains urea and some salts too with the water.
