Reply:well in my case I have way too much hair on my body and I cover up with a very heavy blanket don't ask me why just call it stupidity.OF course I could shave my body and get an air-conditioner which would be considered too easy.
Reply:1. The room temperature is high. sweat glands kick in to cool him off.
2. If he is on muscarinic agonist(s), which also stimulates the secretion of sweat glands, he can sweat while he is asleep.

Reply:I had the same problem for many, many years. After ruling out Tuberculosis, H.I.V. and alcoholism found it was from stress. Once I eliminated the stress (wife) it left, never to return.
