How to avoid sweating when im nervous especially around girls?

This is something that anyone can tell you, but it won't matter until you take it to heart and really do it. And her it is.... Don't worry about women. They want you just as much as you want them. They get just as nervous as you. Funny thing is, when women blow you off, you want them more. Same goes for when you blow them off. The more you don't care about hooking up, the more attractive you will be. Be sure about yourself. Women like men who are confident. Take a man in uniform for example. It is not the uniform that makes them attaractive, it is their confidence while they wear it. Trust me....forget about hooking up and getting a girlfriend. Just say whatever is on your mind and be yourself.
