How to stop sweating ?help?

I've learned that smoking or over expsoure to the sun ,your skin thins which makes water/sweat harder to hold in- if you do none of these then only other reason is to get in shape, the better in shape you are the less you sweat, and drink alot of water because thats what cools your body down, if you dont drink enough water your body is gonna sweat to cool itself down.

But ya , one of four reasons that you can change

Smoking%26lt;--- thins your skin, so stop.

Over sun exposurer without sunblock%26lt;--- thins your skin, so be more careful

Being Over weight%26lt;-- makes you sweat more, the less fat and more muscle the more less likely you will sweat

Drinking water%26lt;-- water cooliant, keeps your body cool if you drink the recommended 8 glasses a day or at least around there

Reply:A friend told me to get a washcloth wet with vinegar (any kind) and just wipe myself down with it, and believe it or not it seemed to help! Especially keep the back of your neck cool and the rest of you will feel cooler too.
Reply:give ur partner a break,tell her or i will,..............................
Reply:If is it underarm sweating then there are products that you can buy to help from a chemist such as Driclor.

If this doesnt work then you could get referred to a dermatologist for Botox injections which are very effective.

For hand sweating then iontorphoesis can be very helpful. You could buy a machine yourself or again be referred to a dermatology department.
Reply:Sweating is normal. You cannot prevent it.Over sweating can be controlled. If you are drinking more than 10 glass of water, reduce intake of water.Too much taking of common salt may result in sweating.limit it to 3 grams perday.Eat less salty food.If you are salesman/site engineer etc, requiring long travel in sunlight use cotton garments. If you are at home or office switch on A/C.
Reply:For underarm sweating, you simply cannot beat this product. It seriously changed my life!
