It doesn't affect fat, you just lose water weight.
How does sweating affect losing body fat?
NO because fat people sweat all the time and they are still fat
How does sweating affect losing body fat?
It doesn't.
Reply:not in any way...its just a way of cooling of ur body
Reply:Water comes out when you sweat . think about it , your body is made of 90% H20
Reply:It doesn't directly, but you wont sweat much unless you are well hydrated, (because how much you sweat is related to how much lymph there is) and you can't burn fat unless you are well hydrated (because of how fat metabolism works). So keep drinking water, and keep sweating!
Reply:sweat is basicly wastes in liquid form leaving the body and that makes up body fat
Reply:From my understanding, sweating is your body's mechanism to cool itself down - be it through fever, external heat or physical exertion. As for its relation to weight loss, when you work out your body increases it temperature slightly as your heart rate increases, causing you to sweat. the energy you use during your workout comes from mostly stored fats. If you have a high sodium level in your stored fats then you will sweat more than someone who doesn't. So... sweating CAN be a by-product of a high cardio work out but doesn't necessarily mean you are losing weight (fat).
