Does sweating mean you are losing weight?

Hi, I ride my bike to work 5 times a week. I only sweat in the facial area. What kan i do to sweat more? and does this mean I will lose more weight? If so, how much per week?

You need to drink more water! Then you'll sweat more, and lose more weight. How much depends on how far and hard you ride and what else you're doing in terms of diet, etc.





When you exercise without drinking water, your body gets dehydrated. You need the water to keep moving.





If you're already drinking the proper amount (before, during, and after exercise), you should see a doctor about maybe inactive sweat glands.
