How Do I Stop Sweating?!?!?!?!?!?!?
This can be caused by your dieting, overactive glands and/or a lot of things.

There is a great book called Stop Sweating and Start Living, you should check it out by ...something Ramsey, can't remeber.
How Do I Stop Sweating?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Are you female and middle aged? Try estrogen! :)
Reply:I really don't there is anything you can do, some people's glands are just more overactive. Just go to the doctor and let him know. You may have something wrong with your endocrine system.
Reply:Try those new "clinical strength" deodorants. If that doesn't help, you probably need to see a doctor who will prescribe you something.
Reply:i think u can take pills:)
Reply:Are you overweight?

If so, than losing weight will help alot.

If not, their are medicatiosn that will help. Ask your doctor please.
Reply:try new degree clinical strength and also i know you said no surgery or anything but getting botox in you armpit is known to help immensly i know it sounds wierd but hey.
Reply:Ask your doctor about it - it's technically called hyperhidrosis.

You can probably find some remedies just by Google-ing the term.

I believe the most common prescription is some kind of high concentration aluminum chloride applied topically.
Reply:I've heard of people getting botox shots to paralyze your sweat glands. It's effective for about 6 months to a year and it will stop you from sweating. I don't think it costs very much and some insurances cover it. All you have to do is call your regular doctor and ask him/her for a referral to a dermatologist and they can do it for you.
Reply:I had the same problem.

Try using ANTIPERSPERANT instead of DEODERANT.

Hope I Helped.
Reply:I've been there.

Botox injections are the only thing that WILL work.

Good luck.
Reply:MOUNDS of deodorent, MOUNDSSS and if that doesnt work then go to the doctor. Seriously. He/she can help.
Reply:This is a situation i have been struggling w/for many years. My normal body temp is 99.9 degrees, so I start off on the warm side. As a CNA I am moving around constantly,in a building that is kept warmer than most homes because of the elderly %26amp; often immobile residents. I go to work in a clean pressed scrub outfit,%26amp; within 5 minutes, I'm too warm. I carry a towel over my shoulder to wipe off with, because my hair is soaking wet %26amp; I will drip on residents as I'm caring for them. My employer has been understanding, but it is terribly embarrassing. I just sweat, especially from my head. My doctor has nothing to offer, saying there is treatment for sweating of the hands, feet %26amp; underarms, but nothing else. He has done a lot of research %26amp; consultation, but it is apparently something I just have to live with. I don't know if this is of any help to you, but I sympathize w/your situation. Good luck!
Reply:If your a guy and it gets really bad shave your armpit hairs

(singers do it so they dont sweat much whilst jumping around on stage)
