So in this book they say to stop using soaps and deoderant. I'm willing to try it, because I have tried nearly everything, but what do I do about shaving my armpits if I am not allowed to use soap products? Help!

You're supposed to use lotion or shave gel.
I had a friend try that. It totally did not work. She just kept on sweating like a horse.

Don't do it, women won't like it if you smell like somone who hasn't taken a shower for weeks. Deoderant is your friend, and so is soap.
