I'm having a problem sweating,I've increased my water in take can exercise for an hour and still do not sweat.

I'm tring to lose weight.

You are not having a problem sweating. Your body will sweat when it needs to, and if you are not sweating, then your body is cooling itself just fine without needing sweat. You are drinking water, so you are keeping hydrated, and that is good to. Sweating does not help you lose weight. You will burn calories whether you sweat or not, as long as you are exercising at your maximum level and watching your calorie intake, you will lose weight.

Wow! Have you tried sitting in a sauna?
Reply:that's OK if your really out of shape it may take awhile


for your body to adjust. or some people just don't sweat much that does not mean your not burning calories. Keep it up
Reply:Wow, just count yourself lucky! I sweat just walking into work! I heard that the fitter you are the more you sweat. You should do loads of exercise and you may find yourself sweating a bit more. All the best x x x
