I'm an active, healthy male 26years old, 175lbs. I work in a warehouse, and I live in the sonoran desert. So I drink a lot of water, but when I get home from work and I drink a glass of water, I will sweat profusely for a few minutes. I think this might be a sign of heat exhaustion caused by dehydration. Anyone have any experience, or medical advice?
Sweating profusly after drinking water, a sign of dehydration?
It's just your body probably getting used to the cool temps in your house. I'm a mascot in texas! i have to wear a fur suit for the Panthers and its hotter than heck! I have the same thing happen for me when i get in the car to go home after a football game and i have a cool glass of water! No Sweat!(No Worries)

Not a sign of heat exhaustion at all, unless you feel exhausted that is. When you drink water, you sweat, and especially when you live in the desert, it is perfectly normal to sweat.
