How can i keep my hands and feet from sweating so much?

i have this weird problem where my hands and feet sweat ALOT! and i don't know what to do! i can't shake peoples hands and i can't even hold a pencil in school! what should i do??

I used to sweat on my hands, feet, and underarms for no reason. For the sweating, get the antiperspirant Certain Dri. You will never sweat from your underarms or hands. Has no smell. Has no residue so it does not stain your clothes at all. It is a roll on you can get at any drug store in the anti-perspirant section. You put it on at night. Go to sleep. Wake up and take a shower. The residue of the anti-perspirant is gone, but you don't sweat or smell at all for a couple of days. And when I say you don't sweat or smell I mean it. Hands, feet, and underarms are all dry.





If the Certain Dri does not work or you want to try some other things below is a link to a number of other anti-perspirant solutions. Just please avoid surgery, there are way to many people who have been disabled by the surgery to try and reduce sweating.

i know this doesn't help in any way but just to let u know that theres ssomeone else with the same horrible problem. its only my hands-they get really really clammy!!
Reply:I've heard of a disease where peoples hands, feet, or both sweat so much that they need an operation. From what I know, its some chemical inbalence that a major surgery can fix.
Reply:It is a chemical imbalance. (Hormones!)I know there is something you can get for excessive sweating from the doctor. I'd see your doctor if it's very irritating for you..He'll probably do some general lab work to see if your chemistries are all in normal range and probably have some advise for you...
