Yes, it's not the sweating but the moisture not being able to evaporate. It's best to have it checked by a doctor, though, just in case it's something else. I would imagine the doc will suggest letting air get to the area and possibly treating it with some sort of oitment.

These are probably just zits, yes you can get them there too.
But i would have them checked out by a Doc.. better safe than sorry..

Reply:I had that problem. I cleared it up with diaper rash cream. Buy looser underwear.
