I sweat a lot lot. More than the average person. It really isnt normal. When my friends are cool im steaming. I have regular showers and use the correct deodrant several times a day. It doesnt smell when i sweat thankfully, but it shopws on my clothes that im wearing, so its pretty ermbarrassing it someone notices. I once saw this woman on a chat show who sed her body temperature was always higher than people around her, i could totally relate. But she was around 40 and im 18. I'm scared i'll always be like this, forever avoiding fitting clothes ans sweaters. Can anyone please help me, i'm getting pretty desperate. Advice, anyone who's the samew anything!!
Excess Sweating!!?
You may have a condition called hyerthyroidism.
This is an endocrine/hormonal problem and your Doctor could do a blood test called T3, T4, TSH and this will tell you if your thyroid gland is over active.
There is also another condition where it is the sweat glands themselves, and there is treatment for that as well.
You can also check up on this at:

Hope you find out and get better.
Excess Sweating!!?
You can get botox injection in your armpits and it reduces sweating 24-7!! My friend has to do it . She goes ever 6 months . It works for her!!
Reply:I'm glad someone posted a question about this. I have the EXACT same problem.
I'm 17 years old. and have been having this problem since I was in 6th grade.
so yeah, I hope someone posts a helpful answer. =]
Reply:I dont know why but I sweat alot to %26amp; thankfully it dont stink. My son is 17 %26amp; he does the same thing. He has ever since he was 10 years old. I know how embarrassing it is. But I work out in the gym %26amp; thankfully I fit in there with all the sweatin that goes on.
Reply:There is a prescription deodorant you can get from the doctor. To hide sweat marks on your shirts, wear a cotton t-shirt beneath. Some baking soda in your socks will cut down on foot odor. Have had it all my life, there is some good news, it goes away after menopause--seriously, now there are a lot of products on the market and that your doctor can recommend that will help you--they were non-existant when I had the problem. Good luck!
